Wanted to let all our customers in on the
GREAT NEWS!
As you all know, the Water District receives an annual water grade from the state that is based on the District's sustainability to provide quality service and drinking water to our YOU, our customers. This grade is based on seven standards: 5 of which are maintained by the LDH and the other two are submitted by the end of the year. The water grades for the state were released today and Reddell-Vidrine Water District received a grade of
A!
You can view the report on the website under the Forms & Reports drop down box at the top of the page under the heading Water Grade Report. Select the 2025 Report and it will detail how the District performed in each of the seven standards. So if you see our boys in BLUE out and about working on various water lines, give them a horn toot and thumbs up for their hard work and dedication to serving you and providing quality water. Call your Board members (listed on the webpage in the drop down box Customer Service) and thank them as well for setting goals and working with their staff to get things done and keep things working.
