Attention RVWD Customers:
As you may have realized by now, a water bill has NOT been delivered to your residence since the March billing. This has happened because the District's Meter Reading Equipment crashed and new equipment had to be ordered and set up. Therefore, you will be receiving April & May bills as one bill. They will be going out sometime early this week so look for them in the mail by the end of the week.
DON'T Panic - Remember, it is a two month bill and the consumption showing is for April usage and May usage. There will be NO late fees charged and you will have until June 20 to pay your bill. So sorry for this inconvenience but it could not be helped. As always we appreciate your patience and strive to serve you with the best quality product possible. Thank you!
