Bill Payment

Reddell-Vidrine Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. NOTE: Bills are due on or by the 20th of each billing month. Any bills unpaid after the 20th of the month will be assessed 5% arrears (a late penalty) that will appear on the next month's bill.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least eight to ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. Reddell-Vidrine Water District is NOT responsible for the US Postal Service delivery problems. Not receiving your bill is NOT an excuse for not paying your monthly bill. Call the office if this becomes a problem. Also, when mailing your payment to the office, the day it is delivered is the day that it will be recorded on your statement. Again we, RVWD, are not responsible for you bill's delivery.

Payment With Credit Or Debit Cards

The RVWD accepts debit or credit cards as a way to pay your monthly bill. Just call the office and inform the office manager that you wish to pay your monthly bill with your card and it will be handle right away.    

Automatic Bank Draft

This is a worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check and your signature/date. 

Payment Drop-Off

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept personal/business checks, cashier's check or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH for any service, including DEPOSITS.

Drive Up Payment Depository

Payments may be inserted in our depository box that is located on the side of our office at 5114 Vidrine Road. These payments can be made at any time day or night. The box is checked daily by the Office Manager.

If for any reason you are unable to get out of your vehicle to come into our office, please sound your car horn and someone will come out to assist you!

Payment Through Financial Institution

Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Method of Payment

Please note that Reddell-Vidrine Water District no longer takes Cash Payments for any service, including deposits. 

Payments MUST be made by personal/business check, money order, cashier's check, or with credit/debit cards.
