Attention all RVWD Customers:
IMPORTANT - MUST have this documentation for the State
The Reddell-Vidrine Water District has been given, by the LA Department of Health, the task of identifying the type of pipes in every customer's residence that run from the residence's home to the District's meter. With that said, the District's Board Members, the Operators, and the Office Manager are asking you to take a few minutes to send us an email to help us with this assignment. Below is the step by step directions to help assist you:
a) go to your URL (this is the window you use to get on the internet) on your computer or phone and type rvwd5114.com ,then enter and select Reddell-Vidrine Water District: Home (this will take you to our home page) b) at the top of the home page under our telephone number, select Contact Us c) on this page fill in each box as follows:
1) Department to Contact - Customer Support 2) then type in your name on your account, your email address (if you have one), phone number, account number (if known), service address (this is the address where the meter you use is located), and in the subject box type Line ID 3) then in the message box, please put the year the residence was built (if known) and then identify the pipes as either plasitic {PVC}, galvanized, or lead that go from the residence to the meter 4) then scroll down and click Submit and then your done It takes less than 5 minutes and let stress how important it is for our office.
