CALL BEFORE YOU DIG - IT'S A STATE LAW
Louisiana One Call is a free service that lets you simultaneously notify underground utility operators before digging or demolishing. It offers a toll-free phone number to contractors and private citizens to call 48 hours prior to digging or demolishing. LA ONE CALL notifies all utility companies of the digging locations so that no lines are hit or dug up. Disregarding this law may cause utility outages in the area where digging takes place.
